    Achievements records During my employment with Wyndham JBR as General Manager 1. Financially - In my Capacity as GM, I initiated a cost saving plan including Payroll and Utilities analysis that resulted in saving of AED 500K & AED 600K respectively, plus (go green) initiatives from the beginning of Year 2017 that resulted in saving of AED 2.3 million which reflected very positively in the bottom line of GOP. - I led a plan to monitor the AMC cost and managed to save 4.7% of total cost YTD that resulted in the overall saving of the hotel. - Through a close monitor of each operation Dept. monthly expenses, I managed to slash the expenses to reach 10-20% (by focusing on daily purchases orders, requisitions, Food cost…etc - Achieving very handsome GOP for 2017 and 2018 with 19% increase YoY (compared to 2016) 2. Sales & Marketing - Increase Occ% level from 80% to 86% YTD 2017, with 24% increase in managed segments, and decrease the hotel dependency on OTA from 44% to 38%
