• Job Details:Electrical maintenance Engineer (senior site engineer ) at ORASCOM Construction Industries, Centralized Rebar Processing Plant - 6th of October city Able to handle the Maintenance load in a manufacturing set up, maintain and forecast spare parts stocks, assist in production by undertaking timely preventive maintenance to avoid downtime of machines. Execute and supervise all electrical construction and installation works & ensure compliance to design requirements as : Low voltage Distribution Boards(ABB) - Rebar processing machines (Schnell)-Overhead cranes (R&M- ConiCrane) – Diesel/Generators set (Volvo)- Fire pumps station (Firetrol)- Low current systems (fire alarm, fire fighting, CCTV, telephone & data system) Full design and implementation for new extension workshop and includes : Load calculation - Design layout (generator seize – panel boards – cables – main feeders – raceway and cable rooting) IT technical support (PC’S – networks printer – routers – switches ……) Purchasing supervision and materials request according to standards.

• Job Details:Electrical Maintenance engineer (Shift engineer) at BESHAY STEEL company (ISRM) Sadat city Attend Start up of 11 KV Switchgear (ABB) Power Transformers Tests. Load calculations MV/LV and protection settings. Perform Installations and erections jobs in plant revamping projects. Design and supervise installations of all electrical jobs for a water pumps station. Aware of AC and DC drives and control systems (plc Siemens S7).
