Upgraded Passport Issuance system in Mauritius Passport Issuance Office to issue the passports using SDIS system 4. GET SQR web-based portal that revolutionizes secure data sharing through the use of biometric secure QR codes, presenting a groundbreaking alternative to traditional data storage methods like microchips 5. GET Spooler system in Lesotho Passport Issuance Office that that covers all aspects of automated secure document personalization for citizens in Lesotho 6. GET Licensing Portal which handles all aspects of creating a well-managed software license  I am responsible for the following activities: o Handle all Training, Risk Management activities. o Define Change Request scope, goals and deliverables o Define tasks and required resources o Collect and Allocate project resources o Create project schedule and track deliverables o Support and follow up project team o Monitor and report on project progress o Present to stakeholder’s reports on progress as well as problems and solutions o Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs o Evaluate and assess result of project
