• Job Details: D Material Requirement & Replenishment Planning Section Head (Role) • Coordinate & Manage the Full End to End Planning Cycle including Demand Forecast, Material Requirement & Product Replenishment Planning Cycle in an Effective and Timely Basis to support achieve the Annual Operation Plans Targets for Sales & Inventory. • Ensure product availability across total system at the right quantity, place and time to meet sales and marketing demand with the best possible cost to meet sales demand. (Accountabilities) - Analyze and plan for the overall ability of the company warehouses network to accommodate Materials/Product required to achieve AOP. - Develop and monitor the annual plan for Materials/Product inventory requirements needed to meet AOP objectives and update it with forecast adjustments - Controlling phase-in / phase-out process and securing smooth launch of the new products. - Develop and monitor the annual plan for Materials/Product deployment requirements needed to achieve the AOP. - Co-ordinate with Demand Planning on weekly and monthly plans to achieve the availability of all needed Materials/Product. - Co-ordinate with warehouses on identification and depletion of slow-moving items, and identify potential risks and flag to stakeholders. - Co-ordinate with warehouses and Finance on identifying obsolete Materials/Product and taking appropriate reserves and disposal steps. - Work on achieving the target coverage days’ inventory of all materials as per established targets. - Strive to achieve the target Materials/Product inventory value as per established targets. - Participate in cost reduction and standardization initiatives as required. - Work pro-actively with purchasing dept. to streamline Materials/Product replenishment and minimize variability. - Develop weekly/monthly plans to reflect the Annual operation plan targets and avoid any deviations that can hinder achieving the targets. - Secure safety inventory level in all DCs' to catch up high demands for certain SKUs' during the year. - Monitors the actual Deliveries/ Sales / deployment vs. the plan with the related managers through the schedule attainment to make sure that the actual is complying with the sales demand. - Implementing Planning tools that enhancing planning process to reach full optimization of resources to achieve annual operation plans. - Work pro-actively with stakeholders outside the Supply Chain dept. to optimize overall output, and enhance service to sales. - Through successful management of S&OP process, co-ordinate rolling Fcst requirement plans, in addition to ordering of all materials & following up on deliveries to ensure adequate supply to cover all needs - Manages the daily shipment plans based on forecasted sales to DCs to meet AOP objectives through daily communication with the WH & DC's manager. - Monitors the daily process of distribution and scheduling for all SKUs starting from initiating the distribution plan and till follow-up the delivery of the product to the distribution centers, considering lead times transit quantities and DC's storage capacity. - Co-ordinate goods movement to distribution centers to maintain safety inventory levels across the system - Coaches and provides constant feedback for development and improved performance - Leads problem solving activities for supply chain planning & coaches on process improvement - Develop staffing and skill building plans for planning team & function that directly links to AOP objectives. Supply Planning Specialist (production EngineeringFull Time

• Job Details:Supply & Demand Planner (Role) • Support Effectively in Management of the Demand forecast generation cycle in an effective and timely basis to help achieve the AOP targets including sales & inventory. (Accountabilities) - Work on CRP (Customer replenishment procedures) on daily basis to maintain healthy Stock balances between/across company warehouses. - Run daily & weekly analysis to ensure reducing shortages & any Out Of Stock exposures. - Define and Deliver on Key Performance Indicators (OOS, Service Rate, Stocks) & ensure internal communication and alignment. - Team up with Demand Manager to reflect the sales forecast on the plan according to the actual daily sales. - Secure safety inventory level in all DCs' to catch up high demands for certain SKUs' during the year. - Co-ordinate with Materials/Product Planning Manager the Materials/Product inventory weekly requirements through the weekly plan to avoid any shortage in Materials/Product. - Monitors the actual Deliveries/ Sales / deployment Vs. the plan with the related managers through the schedule attainment to make sure that the actual is complying with the sales demand.
