- Job Details:• Develop and Implement Talent Acquisition Strategies: Create and oversee the implementation of recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s business goals across all group entities. • Collaborate with Senior Stakeholders: Partner with department heads and senior management to understand workforce planning needs, talent gaps, strategic objectives for attracting and retaining talent, and to provide strategic recruitment insights. • Ensure Quality of Hires: Focus on recruiting high-quality candidates who align with the company's culture and meet the required qualifications, skills, and experience. • Build Strategic Partnerships to promote Employer Branding: Foster partnerships with universities, industry associations, recruitment agencies, and other organizations to create a strong talent pipeline and promote the company’s opportunities. • Enhancing Onboarding Processes: Develop and manage onboarding programs to ensure new hires feel welcomed, engaged, and equipped to perform effectively in their roles from day one. • Oversee Offboarding Procedures: Create structured offboarding processes that maintain professionalism, collect feedback, and ensure compliance while supporting employees’ smooth transitions. • Analyze and Forecast Recruitment Needs: Work with business leaders to forecast future hiring needs and ensure talent pipelines are robust and aligned with organizational growth plans. • Lead and Develop Recruitment Teams: Manage and mentor the talent acquisition team, ensuring their performance aligns with organizational goals and they are equipped with the necessary skills and tools. • Monitor Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience, to improve the efficiency of recruitment processes. • Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, trends, and activities.
