• Job Details:•Working with tenders for many Egyptian companies like Mantrac, Petrojet, Enerpic, Pharco, Amoc, Alexandria water company, Amapetco, El Hamra Oil, Petromaint, Ethydco, Misr Amerya, Misr Petroleum Company, WEDCO, WEPCO, Emec, Emc and many other companies. •Working on QuickBooks to submit the final technical and commercial offer to clients after choosing the best one with the highest quality and the lowest price. •Taking into consideration tender important details like incoterms ( DDP, CIF, FOB, CFR, etc.) , RFQ type, Required delivery term ex works or Franco, required bid bond or bank guarantee to be paid and finally required documents like MTC, MSDS, data sheets, catalogues or TPI (Third Party Inspection). •Negotiating prices with suppliers and following up on Purchase orders with them till delivery of materials to clients.

• Job Details:•Dealing with KNPC, KIPIC and KOC in Kuwait. •Studying the project documents including drawing, specifications, data sheets,… etc. to take into consideration all project details during excution. •Setting the tendering plan based on the tender requirements. •Preparing RFIs to send them to the end user to get the missing information and resolve the conflicts. •Communicating with suppliers to get competitive offers and revising them technically and commercialy. • Submitting the final cost sheets and the final commercial offers. •Doing all effort to get best deals and quotations for these companies and to get the maximum possible profit for my company.
