• Job Details:• Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and company. Assists with complaints, late deliveries, errors in orders, damaged items, account queries, cancelations, website queries, payment issues, fraudulent orders, and other queries. • Resolve customer complaints via emails. • Designing and developing training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the Individual's needs; • Devising individual learning plans; • Producing training materials for new comers. • Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees • Amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment; • Leading a team and monitoring their performance and coaching under achievers on customer satisfaction and productivity of emails.
