• Job Details:Payroll processing involves preparing and reviewing attendance, leave records, and related documentation. Handle HR documentation, including employment contracts and onboarding paperwork. Assist in responding to employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits. Ensure HR practices are compliant with labor laws and internal policies. Support HR initiatives such as performance management and employee engagement. Handle employee relations inquiries professionally, escalating issues when needed. Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions. Utilize various sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals) to attract qualified candidates. Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity.
