• Job Details:• Collect information on working hours of each employee. • Determine the right payroll amount by calculating overtime, deductions & incentive with assistance of the Microsoft ERP system. • Determine the delivery employees’ percentage from delivery fees according to the total amount of orders that each branch had. • Prepare and execute payment of employee benefits such as allowances, bonuses and subsidies. • Responding to payroll related inquiries and resolving concerns. • Collecting and analyzing employees’ data in order to create employee profiles. • Double-checking the correctness and completeness of all personnel documents. • Contacting banks representatives to issue payroll Visa for the new hired employees also, contacting insurance representatives to socially insure them. • Participating in recruitment and exit interviews. • Issuing HR letters for employees. • Prepare reports for upper management to review my executed duties and time path per each duty. • Prepare reports to finance department regarding the transportation bills in order to issue bank cheque for the transportation contractor.
