• Job Details:I’m a Former Internal Auditor I was responsible about monitoring and auditing on the following 5 departments Sales, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Inventory, Collection & HR Department. • Making Cost Analysis • Issuing a monthly report for the Sales Department that includes monthly sales percentage and ensuring that the required productivity percentage is achieved • Issuing a monthly report on raw materials and the quantities supplied throughout the month, and following up on the total value paid for raw materials on a monthly basis. • Follow up the movement of suppliers on an ongoing basis "prices, quantities, records" • Follow up the daily inventory of raw materials and the needs required for productivity. • Issuing a monthly report that includes an inventory of the customers' issued invoices and comparing them with the monthly collection from customers. • Receiving, on a monthly basis, data on the quantities of raw materials that have been exchanged in the warehouse, and making sure that each of the quantities in the stores is identical with the quantities attached to the received invoices • Linking between the required Monthly Reports done among departments to make sure that the work and production in its normal flow.
