• Job Details: Obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development.  Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.  Managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organiza-tion’s presence throughout Egypt and Africa.  Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force; and sales promotion programmed plans.  Planning, recruitment, direction, organization and control of sales repressen-tatives to accomplish specific objectives.  Monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings, sales newsletters and electronic bulletins.  Plan and implement a specific appraisal system that describes the responsibilities and performance standards for each member of the sales team, set individual territory sales and commission targets and administer the commission plan.  Provide high standards of ongoing training for the sales representatives so that they possess sufficient technical knowledge to present information on the company’s products in an accurate and balanced manner.  Acting as a pillar of support for them and stand by their side at the hours of crisis. AS An Architect and graphic designer:  Provide brochures design for the company, data sheets for products, kits for clients, marketing materials and banners for events and exhibitions.  Design booths for exhibitions and constructing it.  Consult with clients to determine details about the project, budget, and schedule.  Design environmentally-friendly structural upgrades to existing buildings, such as natural lighting systems, green roofs, or rainwater collection systems.  Design or plan construction of green building projects to minimize harm to the environment or conserve energy.  Design structures that incorporate environmentally-friendly building practices or concepts.  Instruct workers on documentation, production techniques, and architectural systems.  Integrate engineering elements into a unified design.  Monitor the construction process to make sure that building plans are being correctly implemented.  Perform predesign services, such as feasibility or environmental impact studies.  Plan or design structures such as homes, office buildings, factories, or other structures in accordance with environmental, safety, or other regulations.
