• Job Details:- Creating Shipping orders through SAP system. - Generating Warehouse Different Reports through SAP system. - Generating Warehouse Stock Control records through inventory Management system. - Operating Finished Goods Pallet conveyor system to insure smooth flow from production to Warehouse. - Controlling all Business Transactions through Krones Visualization system. - Finalize Small Troubleshooting in the Pallet Conveyor system and in the Automatic Stacker Cranes. - Finalizing the Daily Operation record, keep all Record of all Documentation Prepared, Extracted.

Procurement coordinatorFull Time

• Job Details:Reviews and approves purchase order placement of purchasing assistants and buyers for accuracy and optimum delivery and pricing. - Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy. - Develops and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures. - Meets with vendors to negotiate improved pricing, product quality, and delivery. - Negotiating and supervising supply contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.-Participate in the development of specifications for services, equipment, products, supplies or substitute materials. - Attends internal product development meetings to identify new product demands, schedules, and procurement needs. Forecasts requirements and orders products to meet sales demands. - Conducts meetings, prepares and presents reports, and provides information to identify purchasing requirements, establish business plans and performance objectives, and report performance against plan and business objectives.
