Job Details:- monitoring the quality of final product, Raw material and semi-finished product to make sure that it's empty from any defects or in acceptable percentage according to Raya specs or client specs. -monitorng the CCPs and OPRPs every 2 hours during shift. - Perform a daily internal audit with definite layout to show our weakness points and make corrective, root cause analysis and preventive action with all departments. -Check and monitoring the hygiene of workers and training them onsite about hygiene and food safety policy. -perform and practiced on the GMP monthly audit and evaluate all areas in order to continuous improvements.
