• Job Details:MRI, CT, US, XR, and BMD. Supporting more than 15 country and territory across Middle East and Africa in sales and marketing. Provide and handling the quotation process for our Middle East distributors, product coding, price list and configurations list updating. Filling tender specification sheets after reviewing with the Sales and application team. Participate in products related presentations and trainings for our distributors across Middle East. Provide market analysis, monthly pipeline forecast, inquiry control list, stock situation and submitting frequently related reports. Supporting our Middle East distributors in their ongoing projects Pre/Post and during sales process. Conduct SFA trainings for all the new users in our company. Support national and local exhibitions with workstation demonstrations and/ or presentations.

Technical Support SpecialistFull Time

• Job Details:• Extraoral imaging, Intraoral imaging, Dental units (PLANMECA) & (Carestream Dental). • Dental Laser “Soft & Hard tissue” (BIOLASE). Expert customer support handling for more than 700 accounts in all over Egypt. Professional Hardware and Software troubleshooting with developing and maintaining excellent technical knowledge about company’s range of products, FAQs, common problems. Stay up to date with new product, feature launches, version updates, new releases products and manufactures websites bulletins to ensure that Sales, Marketing and Service team are on board and up to date. Managed the customer support by handling all technical complaints, inquiries, generating quotations, service contracts with making regular quality assurance phone calls to assure fast ultimate customer satisfaction. Preparing and delegating a daily scheduled plan for field service engineers considering the customers’ requirements and it's priority using ERB system. Coordinating with logistics team and inventory to assure fast and smooth handling of spare parts orders and returns with maintain proper stock level of spare parts with responsibility of the new shipments technical inspection process. Provide weekly and monthly performance report for our field service engineers team members to the management. Selling and promoting our dental consumables and warranty contracts. Attended all the related Dental conferences and exhibitions to handle most of the technical issues and customers inquires.
