    • Job Details:• Manage the day-to-day operations including staffing, training and development and assist in developing the HR policies and procedures. • Plan, forecast and execute the hiring needs annually with department heads according to the job needed requirements, candidate characteristics and selection criteria. • Worked in conjunction with department heads in drafting and updating job descriptions for almost 40 positions. • Search, screen, interview and assess selected candidates based on the job's requirements, competencies and selection criteria. • Responsible for updating all employees’ files as well as creating soft copies of all files. • Responsible for creating an updated employees’ database. • Follow up with department heads concerning the performance of the newly hired employees during the probation period and take the necessary actions. • Manage the implementation of the annual training plan based upon the results of the Training Needs Assessment. • Manage recruitment agencies. • Created and developed all HR forms based on the existing policies and procedures. • Assist in conducting the department's annual plan by setting SMART objectives and creating their KPI's. • Develop reports with the annual HR department's achievements. • Planned and arranged different workshops presented by a group of employees selected from each department to help new and existing employees in understanding the company's strategy, mission, vision and values. • Assisted in drawing the company's organizational and departmental charts. • Provide employees with the needed support and guidance regarding the application of HR & OD policies and procedures. • Guide and support managers and staff in doing the performance appraisal forms. • Manage the medical insurance contract renewal process annually by negotiating and analyzing different offers. • Actively communicate and support almost 100 employees regarding their medical requests and claims as well as other HR related matters including but not limited to (issuing HR letters, experience letters). • Developed the company's culture by organizing different events and activities such as parties and trips as well as arranging team buildings and personal courses with EDGE Consultancy, that helped in shaping the company's culture, raising employees' awareness with change and increasing employees' satisfaction. • Working among ARDIC Developments Internal Audit team in conducting Internal Audits on different departments to make each department is abiding by its policies and procedures and provide recommendations to facilitate the process if needed.
