Follow up on: • Updating employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status. • Maintaining personnel records, personnel transactions, and selected employee information including transfers, changes of status. • Preparing social insurance required documents for staff members and for the organization including Form 1, Form 2, Form 6. • Preparing staff required HR and Experience Letters. • Performing drug tests to blue collars and drivers. • Processing company's payroll every pay period. • Maintaining payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data. • Answering staff questions about salaries, deductions, attendance, and time records. • Adhering to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law. • Conducting the First (HR) Interview with the candidates and ensuring a smooth run of the whole interview process. • On-boarding process for the new hires. • Maintaining employee Performance Appraisal.
