Successfully established and currently managing a dynamic culture club team in Egypt, responsible for fostering a positive work environment through the planning and execution of engagement events, happy hours, team recognition programs, and other initiatives aimed at promoting a healthy corporate culture. Monitoring and supervising the recruitment process to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as providing guidance and support to hiring managers to identify and attract qualified candidates Designing and implementing payroll processes, including the calculation of employee salaries and deductions, and ensuring compliance with local and national regulations. Managing payroll processing and disbursement, as well as providing guidance and support to employees on payroll-related issues
