• Job Details:- Assisted in the development of two new product launches: 1. New Tiered Current Account: Developed a calculation method that monitors balance volatility all while automatically calculates the suitable interest rate on the customer’s balance. 2. Upfront Td: Edited the correspondant customer application form that would be handed out in all branches. - Special Rate Determination procedure: 1. Coordinated approvals and negotiations between the head of branches and our Head of Liabilities and Insurance as well as our treasurer. 2. Inserted progressively all data related to approved special rate requests. - Worked with the team on developing a sustainable and profitable product portfolio through offering value added features to customers and developing efficient credit policies and procedures. - Edited several application forms for our Deposits Products and sent them to all branches. - Conducted a market scan on monthly interest rates - Conducted a peer analysis on quarterly and Annual reports (consulting S&P Global and banks’ annual reports).
