- Job Details:Responsible to answer customers inquires through 2 channels (chats and outbound calls if required), inquiries are related to e& loyalty program which is Smiles application, and it provide Variety of services such as bill payments, mobile recharge, airlines partners, food orders, home services, vouchers with many partners and much more services. Also, I'm responsible for the quality task, monitoring chats and calls of my team, and check if there's any errors either critical or non-critical, moreover check the monitored chats already from the quality team as sometimes there are disputes that should be sent for these chats.
