• Job Details:Projects: - Telecom Egypt Headquarter/New Capital - Old City (El Alamein)-Ministry of housing utilities & urban development (Budget :3 billion EGP) - Arab Academy (El Alamein) - Downtown city (El Alamein)-City Edge development (Budget:30 billion EGP) - Mivida Mixed Boulevard (New Cairo)-Emaar Misr Duties: • Responsible for coordination of Design drawings with Structure & MEP drawings and other related disciplines. • Prepare proposal sketches & solutions for missing information through RFI’s. • Attend meetings with the project consultant & manage all technical communications with relevant parties. • Prepare & Review shop drawings and ensure that all related RFIs, FCRs documents are implemented. • Assure that the materials indicated in shop drawings comply with approved materials (MARs) • Leading & supervising engineering team members. • Prepare monthly progress report for the shop drawings status in coordination with the planning team. • Monitoring design changes and its impact on the project by communicating with the planning department, procurement & QS • Documenting design changes through variation orders. • Communicating & coordinating with the site team & provide all the required information.
