• Job Details:Main duties performed: Providing technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues; monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks; troubleshooting system errors and resolving connectivity issues; managing servers, databases, and backup operations; assisting in domain controller and Windows Server administration; ensuring network security and data protection; supporting and managing Genetec-based security systems including CCTV, Access Control, and ANPR; performing regular system updates and preventive maintenance; documenting technical procedures and solutions; collaborating with other departments to support IT needs; and researching and recommending new technologies to improve IT infrastructure and services.
