Make appropriate deals with material suppliers and built a good connections recently. Carry out different types of construction (renovation – development – regeneration – new construction) for different facilities (Banks – Factories – Apartments...etc) Manage more than three projects together progressed as planned. Organize and schedule project construction works, maintain project documents in order. Manage and audit (2D, 3D) designs, shop drawings, as-built, detail drawings. Supervise and report site execution. Prepare statements and letters.

Architecture EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Residential building design and regenerate residential, commercial, medical and administrative buildings. Produce and submit shop drawings that meet Egyptian code and governmental specifications to be certificated, more than twenty building have their license. Manage more than four projects together with different stages. Document material specifications and quantity as a bill of quantity. Coordinate with other departments achieving solutions.
