Document and escalate guest feedback to relevant departments. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service and satisfaction. Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their issues are resolved. Do audits to the hotel weekly to be sure the guest will have the best experience in the hotel and inform the relevant departments if there is a problem to resolve
