• Job Details:— Supply Chain Specialist (Oct 2023 - Present) • Doing forecast plans for each pharmaceutical product and update it weekly based on the sales. • Issuing purchase orders according to the agreed forecast between POSIE and the vendor within the lead time for each product. • Reviewing and revising all shipping documents to be equivalent to the agreed forecast plan, purchase order issued from POSIE, regulatory requirements, bank requirements and customs requirements. • Issuing LC Request according to the agreed quantities with the vendor. • Following up with the clearing agent on the upcoming shipments. • Following up with the sales coordinator on sales orders and tenders. • Issuing sales and stock report monthly with the expiry dates for each product. • Issuing analysis report for each SKU clarifies the stock and sales status by the end of each month. —Regulatory Affairs Specialist (Jun 2022 - Present) • Implementing and updating Importer's registry of the company. • Preparing annual importation plans based on the agreed quantities to be imported each quarter. • Submitting Importation approvals and plans specifically for each product at the Egyptian Drug Authority. • Issuing medical customs release, customs exemption letter and printing order for each shipment. • Preparing inspection file and analysis file for each product after arriving of the shipment to the warehouse. • Ensuring the validation of the regulatory documents for each pharmaceutical product to facilitate the releasing process by the Egyptian Drug Authority's doctors
