• Job Details:Responsible for processing and checking incoming invoices from suppliers, clarifying any questionable invoice items or prices, resolving potential problems with invoice checks, entering invoices on the system 'SAP' based on the supplier invoice, preparing VAT report and breakdown report per month, verifying invoice against purchase order and ensuring goods or services were received before issuing payment to vendors, maintaining historical records, paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit, continuing to improve the payment process, following up on supplier balances and comparing system reports to balances, supporting internal and external audit requirements.
