• Job Details: Present and propose creative designs to contribute to the office’s profile.  Worked on projects through different project stages starting from concept, through schematic, DD up till construction stage on tight deadlines.  Responsible for design packages and the production of tender documents for diverse projects including residential and commercial projects (Inc. clubhouses, beach hubs, offices).  Review and consolidate all projects’ documents, drawings and presentations before submitting them to clients.  Following up the projects tendering stage by dealing with contractors and suppliers.  Coordination with projects stakeholders including Client, Suppliers and Contractor, FF&E team as well as site team.
