• Job Details:1) Preparation of the annual budget and monthly re-forecasts. 2) Responsibility for accurate allocation of company costs against individual revenue streams 3) Supporting the Director of Finance in budget development, budgetary control, forecasting, financial modelling, and the development, design and implementation of systems and controls, financial policies and procedures 4) Working closely with the department heads to develop the annual operating budgets, forecasts and the periodical reforecasts 5) Providing accurate and timely financial and management reporting, including analysis of variances against budget, to department heads and other top management for the review and monitoring of the company’s and the department’s financial performance 6) Preparing and updating the cash flow forecasts and monitoring results 7) Provide management reporting for decision-making, including project appraisal, evaluation and feasibility studies. 8) Negotiating on major projects, loans and grants 9) Ongoing review of cash flow and production of forecasts 10) Gather and analyze financial information for internal use 11) Make forecasts to assist business planning and decision-making 12) Supervise lower-level personnel 13) Providing a support service by working with all departments and the management team to help make financial decisions 14) Ensuring spending is kept in line with the budget 15) Interpreting and communicating financial data to non-financial managers
