• Job Details:Responsible for the Broadband Services Portfolio of Orange Egypt, by collecting requirements from all involved stakeholders, perform business analysis to identify the scope and set the end to end solution. - Manage time & cost of broadband projects starting from the requirement collection, through to development, testing & deployment on production. - Monitor and control project activities, throughout the project lifetime, to ensure all tasks are running as per the plan, and deal with risks or issues as they arise. And closely monitor the project after being deployed on production to analyze the impact on customers and report the product performance before project closing - Acted as a team leader starting Jun 2018, responsible for the coaching & development of 5 team members & assigning projects based on the resources availability and skill set
