• Job Details:*Captain Support : 1- First line Captain Support. 2- Auditing on payment methods in Cairo , make sure that the money transferred on time to the correct wallets and contact with CIB to make sure of the data provided from Captains. 3- Investigate cases related to safety & Security, Quality and Fraud. 4- Report fraud cases related to Captains after detection to the required department. 5- Data analysis for procedures of activating new Captains until they get their payment method. 6- Act as Supervisor and Auditing on my teamwork tasks. *Then I joined vendors team : 1- I had a direct contact with suppliers by emails, calls and meetings. 2- Investigate in fraud cases, fake or duplicated data and take the suitable action. 3- Determined each supplier or ambassador ( Target & Bonus ). 4- Lead suppliers to achieve their targets and follow up to maintain their experience and keep them loyal. 5- Monthly, Weekly and sometimes daily reports. 6- Also handle their payment methods with finance team.
