Evaluation follows up personnel training in the production area and give approval the requirements of the required employees. Give rewards & plenty for the subordinate employee. Prepare & arrange for the internal and external audit. Follow up the CAPA issued by internal & external audits. Communication with other departments to achieve maximum company benefits.

Evaluate and training personnel in the department and give approval the requirements of the required employees. Implementation of CGMP in the department. Participant in the new products committee according to my awareness with manufacturing process which lead to increase the productivity. Communications with other departments to achieve maximum company benefits.
