• Job Details:Successfully handled the royalty process cycle through contacting different authors, controller office and press management. Reviewed, calculated and processed customer statements for royalty authors. Handled new contracts on system. Acted as a focal point for authors inquiries and replied back. Followed up with the controller office and author to make sure that payments processed accurately and on time. Reviewed all contracts and created a database for our authors to manage the payment cycle effectively. Issued press, royalties & bookstore payments on SAP. Helped in the closing process on SAP for the press and bookstore.
