Plant Operations ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Manage the production, maintenance, procurements, Stores, Quality and logistic department. • Assure the availability of RM and PM from countries like India, China, Europe, Latin America and USA; • Capital purchases like plant equipment & machineries, accessories, consumables and Service contracts; Developing an annual cost budget and supply chain plan for Sales & production, warehousing and delivery based on Sales Forecasts, plan total inventories, warehousing and transit inventories to ensure optimization and efficiencies in working capital deployed. • Recruiting and selecting staff and line managers; • Motivate and Train the team to perform to their highest potential to achieve the set objectives and facilitate career growth opportunities; • Responsible for the overall planning, management and control of all factory functional departments to ensure that production output and quality targets are achieved to the set requirements by the management

Technical managerFull Time

• Job Details:Make sure that the products and machinery are in line with GCC and FE Asia standards. • Planning of manpower requirement in consultation with other functional area head. • Manage production chain, maintenance, projects and factory compliance • Expert in food manufacturing plant, and Laborer Laws, • Ensure that all production within the factory to achieve output targets and norms in terms of quantity, quality, yield, wastage, unit costs and in accordance with health, safety and environment standards.

Operations ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Provide key solutions for the clints; • Sourcing ingredients for new and existing products. • Work closely with Brand, R&D, and Food Safety in identifying new and alternative ingredients, negotiating agreements with suppliers and working with suppliers on sustainable & ethical sourcing initiatives. • Provides expert information and market insight for assigned ingredient categories to internal stakeholders. Stays abreast of market conditions affecting raw material markets and develops strategies to mitigate risks. • Resolves raw ingredient shortages with our co-packers by creatively sourcing alternate supplies while managing quality, supply assurance and pricing constraints. • Negotiates pricing and agreements with key suppliers to insure a continuous source of supply to support the overall business needs. Resolves pricing discrepancies. • Identifies cost savings opportunities and develops recommendations to reduce costs and improve efficiencies
