• Job Details:* Manage the Data Architecture activities - Achieving Business Goals and Design Data Infrastructure - Describing and designing how data should be organized and managed - Identify Data Definitions, Data flows, Data Mapping - Apply Spatial Data Content Standards and ISO TC211 standards (FCD, Catalogue) - Provide estimates, technical write up and presentations for data architecture activities. - Responsible for planning and overseeing the operation of Data management team. - Write user and administrator documents, training materials and technical manual of project. * Manage the Data Modeling and Design activities - Acquisition and Analyzing Data and User Requirements - Identify Data Modeling Standards - Identify Data Models by define Conceptual, Logical and Physical data models. - Coordinate with development teams to ensure customer requirements are understood. - Manage and analyze the geospatial information: -- Review of International Designs for Theme/Feature Concept Dictionary (NGA, DGIWG, INSPIRE…) -- Gather and Organization the exist Geographic Data including FCD/Catalogue, Data Model from different data sources by working with planners, senior managers, business analysts and users. -- Design and implement database schemas, And load Geographic data from different resources. -- Develop Initial Theme/Feature (Categories/Entities) Concept Dictionary Registers for KSA * Manage the Data Quality activities - Define Data Quality Strategy - Identify Scope and Perform Data Quality Assessment - Identify & Prioritize Improvements on Data - Develop and Deploy Data Quality Operations * Data Storage and Operations (Oracle DBA) - Responsible for design, development and implementation of Databases. - Managing Oracle database (Network, Storage Structures, User Accounts and Security, Schema Objects) - Performing Backup and Recovery. And Monitoring and Tuning the Database - Investigating, Reporting, and Resolving Problems. - Leading Data management team for delivery of Oracle Database for projects. * Support in the following activities: - Organize & Manage Data and Metadata - Populate the Data, Data Migration and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) - Define Architecture for Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence - Developing the Data Warehousing database - Acquisition and Analyzing Security Requirements - Define Data Security, Business Rules and Policies
