• Job Details:Develop, Implement, monitor HSE Management System: Establish policy, procedure standards in line with the international standards, industrial practices, implement the system through meeting, training, drill, etc. Monitor by inspection, site visits, audits, review etc. and measure the performance, Statistics, Near miss reports etc. and advised measures for continual improvement Crisis Management Plan & Drills: plans and set up crisis response, response drills, and recommend improvements corrective measures Develop, implement and maintain a company emergency response management system in line with national regulations, and work with all departments to develop HSE performance improvement strategies, plans and targets. Ensure there is an effective company policy for health and safety and that all employees, contractors and temporary workers are made aware of their individual responsibility Drive improvement and track goals achievement through collection, analysis and communication of EHS goals and measurements. Review action plans with the Company EHS committee to reach the set goals Establish audit requirements to ensure compliance in Occupational Safety and Environmental regulations. Oversee all audit results, evaluate trends, communicate results, and establish action plans HSE Internal Auditing: perform internal HSE auditing in line with the established HSE management system. This is also includes auditing all Fire alarm and Firefighting Systems. Ensures that HSE policies are implemented and procedures are strictly adhered to in all departments Carry out investigations into all accidents and incidents and document root cause. Predict probabilities, communicate results and set corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence and recommend HSE training courses and programs. Creation and review of site Standard Operating Procedures: Extensive experience & highly proficient in creating and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures, and maintaining these documents.

HSE SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:Review inspection and audit reports and respond to reported deficiencies Give guidance on the management of Health Safety & Environment and ensure compliance with HSE Policy and standards and provide first line technical advisory and support. Identify and correct unsafe work habits. Preparation of risk assessments: Conduct & regularly review risk assessment, identify and anticipate safety and health concerns and hazards by surveying environmental, operational, and occupational conditions, implement site specific control measures to eliminate or minimize hazards, and render opinions on new procedures and recommend preventative programs. Develop training materials: Conducting safety training orientation sessions to ensure that (EHS) policies and procedures are followed. Conduct EHS related training programs, and ensure that associates are properly qualified and trained to perform their work, know what is expected of them, are prepared to deal with the hazards of their work and work-sites, and are trained on basic EHS awareness identified for their departmental operations Ensure that the suppliers are in compliance with our EHS standards. Monitor work to ensure contractors and their employees comply with standards Ensure personal protective equipment is available, properly used, maintained and replaced as necessary Provide advice to management and staff regarding day-to-day safety issues Provides specialist advice and assistance to company management on fire prevention and protection technology and coordinates such activities with operation personnel and ensuring adequate coverage and the observance of procedures in handling HSE, accident and other emergency situations. Create system for inspection. And completing safety and environmental inspections, identifying issues and developing corrective action plans to insure compliance with applicable safety, health and environmental regulations.
