• Job Details:* Process whole recruitment process (sourcing, filtering, scheduling interviews, interview candidates and short list them). * Process full payroll cycle * Prepare reports on the company's employees for submission to the manager. * Follow up the movement of attendance and leave daily to the company's employees. * Follow up all employees leave kinds (Annual – Sick – Emergency – Others). * Keeping personnel files in line with the company and regulations. * Follow up the movement of vacations for employees with different kinds. * Preparing job descriptions for all jobs in the company * Follow up the Social insurance processes for staff in the Company (Form # 6 – Form # 1 – Form # 2) * Preparation reports of the efficiency of the probationary period for new employees and annual appraisal for staff. * Continue to work with government agencies and the Office of labor and Social Insurance and succession. * Updating of personnel manuals, of salary scale, level, privileges, bonus, work and staff services, etc. * Analysis of salaries for jobs and put an upper limit and a minimum for each function according to the weight and function

Hr SpecialistFull Time
