Site Inspection specialist Civil worksFull Time

• Job Details:Verify the data provided by the authorized party and its Contractor on construction civil and structures. • Review and analyze processes of construction to select the control points of the quality plan and assign their status. • Prepare working documents (including checklists) necessary to carry out inspection and testing. • Perform inspections and tests of civil and structural work. • Review all relevant information related to inspection and testing. • Verify that the Quality Plans are completed successfully. • Verify the control of the performed tests, take decision on acceptance or rejection of the result of the test and inspection based on the acceptance criteria. • Assess on site corrective actions in response to the rejected results. • Follow up on the corrective action taken by both the Authorized Party and the Contractor. • Prepare periodic reports in order to document and communicate outcomes of inspection and testing activities. • Maintain all documents related to the performed inspections and tests. • Carry out other tasks assigned by the Head of Department/ Head of Sector.

Civil EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Handle inspection report corrections on the same day as the inspection. • Understand how to run and correct the following reports: RD0, RD1, RD2, RD3, RD4, RD5, and RD6. • Understand how to conduct design reviews for every structural element in a building. • Schedule inspection visits, deploy inspectors, and conduct follow-up inspections. • Before conducting any inspection, consult with inspectors. • Coordinate with clients' prior inspections and be on time for inspections. • Adhere to the ethical policies and the code of ethics
