• Job Details:1. Review and adjust Electrical design shop drawings and coordinate with the civil and architecture trades. 2. Manage relationships with suppliers, subcontractors and tenants. 3. Supervise the technical staff and subcontractors. 4. Coordinate the different Electrical systems in the project (power, lighting and low current). 5. Monitor the Site Material Requests “MRs” and Inspection Reports “IRs”. 6. Design the main power systems for Commercial and administrative units. 7. Plan scheduled maintenance.

MEP Site ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:1. Manage and supervise the daily activities of the technical team for MEP work (Mechanical, Electrical & plumbing). 2. Maintenance and operation of all networks of water, sewage, fire, electricity and irrigation in the compounds. 3. Maintenance for all equipments, Transformers, MDBs, Generators, all lighting fixtures, Pumps and Fire Fighting System. 4. Ensure optimal usage of manpower and resources. 5. Ensure that Planned Preventive Maintenance tasks are carried out in accordance with the schedule, frequency and task lists and provide reports. 6. Respond to all reactive maintenance requests within the specified Service Level agreements and operational policies. 7. Carry out site inspection to monitor the benchmark of work and schedule by using the MEP checklists. 8. Coordinate with other teams and ensure satisfactory completion of work. 9. Submit monthly accurate timesheets for the operational staff. 10. Promote a safe work environment and proper use of Personal Protective equipment. 11. Supervise vendors / contractors to ensure completion of jobs in time. 12. Assets management and tagging. 13. MEP systems taking over, planning and snags listing. 14. Support the CRM Specialists are working in the compounds to raise customer service levels. 15. Soft services management skills.

Facility Site ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:1. Management the maintenance team in HVAC Equipment, Electrical Equipment, firefighting, fire alarm system, all plumping and carpentry activities. 2. Plan, coordinate and lead the operation and maintenance for all the mechanical and electrical utilities such as HVAC equipment, diesel generators, transformers and UPS. 3. Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities. 4. Monitoring the electrical power and chilled water consumption to confirm that it meets the budget. If there is any increase, investigation for reasons of the increase is carried out. 5. Provide the spare parts, tools and the safety equipment to execute the corrective and preventive maintenance. 6. Ensure that maintenance activities and installations are performed safely. 7. Coordinate and supervise installation and maintenance are performed by contractors or vendors for the development, replacement and renovations. 8. Carry out regular audits to confirm the continuity of the operation as agreed with the customer and identify the major issues. 9. Manage new projects (VRF System, Solar Tanks and UPS Replacement). 10. Interviewing the technicians for hiring in the vacant positions. 11. Issuing the monthly report for trouble tickets and the preventive maintenance during the month.
