• Job Details:Worked with the Search Customer Experience (Search CX) team in Madrid for 3 months where I really understood Amazon’s culture and being Customer Obsessed, took multiple training for that and for Operational Excellence (OE), won the first round in an internal Hackathon (not sure if my team won the finals yet), took part in bugbash sessions, Code Reviews, Technical Design Reviews, and of course Daily standup meetings and OE sessions.

• Job Details:IT corporate director put me as a lead for research and development and new products. As a team, we initiated, migrated and developed a number of OTS FOSS for Business Intelligence and E-Learning. We are currently constructing a CI/CD pipeline for automation and quality control. I still carry over a lot of my previous titles’ responsibilities.

• Job Details:Team Lead on large projects like iProcurement for the Scientific Offices Marketing/Sales teams in multiple companies, appraisal system for the HR department in multiple companies. Led on a few other projects like a risk register for internal audit department. Assisted in supervising a team of 3 very capable software developers. Administered a number of systems for remote work connections. Maintained and supported all developed systems for 5K+ users.
