I am getting the M Sc. Degree in solar technology at 12/2019. Maintenance Planer Engineer: • Creating a History record for all equipment in the site contain all categories such as (Failure Diagnosis, Reads of Counter Hours, Operators Complain at equipment, etc.) • Creating a schedule plane for develop the workshop, at short and long range. • Reaching service accuracy 100% of the maintenance activities in the site along 8 months. • Rise the quality of a certain product 3% which compared with the percentage of 3 years later depended on customer survey. • Reduced the scrape getting out from production line from 15% at 2016 to 8% at 2017. • Modifications and substitutions for production process to eliminate an error in product assembly and also reduced the human error for rise the quality of the product. • Assignment of the management of the project of manufacturing and installing complete line of solid waste sorting for Arab Cement Company to produce alternative fuel (RDF).
