• Job Details:Report to Cluster General Manager. • Assist the General Manager in the smooth and efficient running of policies and procedures outlined in the departmental operations manual in the hotel are strictly adhered to • Continuously seek to improve operations and ensures compliance with operating standards to ensure brand integrity. • Set expectations and hold the management level accountable for implementing the business strategy and company initiatives throughout all aspects of operations. Conduct regular audits to ensure all procedures are being followed correctly and standards are being adhered to. • Conduct physical inspections of all areas of the property to evaluate the condition relative to health, safety, risk management, asset preservation, and customer service and company standards. • Ensure alignment with brand philosophy and brand strategy amongst the management team and all team members. • Foster commitment to providing excellent service and models desired customer service behaviors in all interactions with guests. Demonstrate and communicate key drivers of resident satisfaction. Make balanced decisions based on what is good for the customer, right for the business, and supports team members. • Review customer satisfaction results to identify areas for improvement. • Recruit, hire, develop and retain a diverse and highly productive team. Hire service-oriented manager who demonstrate strong functional expertise, creativity, and leadership. • Create and sustain a work environment that embraces the company’s culture, ensures fair and equitable treatment among associates, and provides for a high level of associate engagement. • Facilitate the growth and career development of the team members. • Oversee the development and management of the annual operating budget including capital expenditures to achieve or exceed budget expectations. Ensure successful performance by increasing profitability and providing a return on investment for the organization. • Maintain a thorough understanding of the hotel’s market position using competitive shopping and other resources and adjusts operating strategy accordingly • Generally, promote and ensure good inter-departmental relations. • Display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and to promote a good company image to guests and colleagues. • Demonstrate pride in the workplace and personal appearance at all times when representing the hotel thus identifying a high level of commitment. • Adhere to Company and Hotel rules and regulations at all times. • Participate in any Training/Developments schemes as recommended by senior management. • Assist the Duty Manager in any task outlined/detailed by him/her. • Comply with all health & safety rules and regulations as well as food safety principles. • Have the right to stop any activity in case of hazard or non-conformity with health & safety or food and / or environmental safety programs • Ensure that Health & safety and food safety regulations and standards are always met. • Provide all financial and material resources to meet the required H&S and food safety standards. • Comply with any reasonable request made by management to the best of your ability. • Ensure that the standards required by Law and by Management are always maintained in the areas specified above.

Resident ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Report to the General Manager, assist the General Manager to plan, develop, implement and oversee company initiatives and projects. Oversee the company’s operations, have budgeting responsibilities and involved in hiring and evaluating company employees. Assume the General Manager's responsibilities in his absence. Monitor company’s overall budget in collaboration with the Head Of company’s departments (Operations, Communication, and Account Management & Sponsorship). Monitor company finances in collaboration with Head of Finances and Administration. Organize working process in between the Head Of company’s departments and lead weekly and monthly coordination meeting. Monitor the implementation and proper executions of events operations. Manage overall events coordination when General Manager is not on-site. Manage human resources and hiring process of new employees. Insure application of internal company rules. Should be managing hotel cost structures, to work out the most cost-effective purchasing decisions which enables the hotel to save money from its purchases. Work in coordination with GM of hotel to review the Strategies to maintain Hotel Operations against key milestones, KPIs, program, budget and other established. Maintain current information on demographics and highlight to Hotel operator; change in demand and supply, and all markets that impact on the performance and positioning of hotel. Review and analyze quarterly reporting and annual hotel operating budgets, and hotel performance in line with Budget provided by hotel operators and communicate regularly to Hotel operator for hotel performance. Oversee contracts for service providers including F&B and franchise operators. Perform on-site property inspection and spot deficiencies in cleanliness, service levels, and property condition and assess requirement for improvement in coordination with Hotel operator. Strong and effective communication skills, including oral and written communications.
