• Job Details:• Receive and ship anywhere between 5k-50k orders daily. • Assist picking leaders to help navigate and prioritize orders using WMS software. • Supervise warehouse associates. Review and advise on staffing requirements. Manage team attendance. • Rotate & consolidate inventory while eliminating discontinued/expired/damaged items to start the liquidation process. • Taking ownership for achieving department goals; monitor all daily reports. • Process and review daily/weekly data analyses and monthly reports for managers. • Implement and manage KPIs. • Always keep the warehouse clean and tidy. • Assess, identify, and implement training needs of team, and participate in development of training programs when required.

Operations SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:Manage project components such as rig operations, crew training, equipment management and HSE compliance. Lead, manage and supervise third-party drilling contractors and service company personnel in daily drilling operations, and well test operations. Perform tool inventories and purchased more. Responsible for day-to-day crew operations to include all task completion, while maintaining the highest standard of safety. Supervise and lead the work done on the rig floor and all other work in connection with the drilling operations. Perform equipment safety checks on all drilling systems, monitor all drilling equipment to ensure proper function, and approve safety procedures. Prepare and measure all drill pipes, drill collars, crossovers, casing pipes, directional tools and ensure a safe lifting equipment is present and in good condition. Assist driller with all drilling processes. Operate equipment such as pumps for air, water and mud. Use different calculations and reports to provide a safe and efficient work environment.

DerrickmanFull Time

• Job Details:Responsible for working on the mud tanks, pumps and mixing chemicals in a safe and efficient manner under the direct supervision of the driller. Assist in rigging up or down, picking up or laying down pipes. Operate and monitor derrick equipment and mud systems. Implement and uphold safety and environmental compliance requirements. Perform general derrick, shaker area and pump room house-keeping duties and material preservation activities under the supervision of the Driller. Operate and maintain drilling rig pumps and drilling mud systems, and mix mud chemicals, cements and additives. Read gauges to monitor pressure, density, rate and concentration and adjust pumping procedure as required. Calculate & record the density, viscosity and volumes of oil and mud.
