• Job Details:• Establishing and modifying companies' contracts of all kinds. • Assisting clients and companies with their financial and income tax statements. • Prepare tax returns, payments, necessary paperwork, and reports. • Manage and maintain the company’s tax database. • Offer support and guidance during audits. • Evaluate tax regulations and suggest policies that diminish tax burden. • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual tax reports. • Oversee accounts payable and receivable. • Perform duties related to bookkeeping, preparation of government audits, taxes, and financial planning.

Project accountantFull Time

• Job Details:• Control all supplier invoices booking, analyses and payments. • Prepare vendors reconciliations and balance confirmation. • Ensure up-to-date well-organized project financial files maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures. • Help when needed with the project's trainings, workshops' and other events' cash payments. • Handle petty cash and employee advances settlement.
