          • Job Details:Job Purpose: Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction through delivering orders on time with no mistakes. KPIs: -Cycle count deviations -Round on time -Deviation in expire goods -Number of products which did not received by the customer comparing with the agreed limit. -Employee turnover percentage Accountabilities: 1-Ensure applying department SOPs through ensuring that all products at its places with the agreed standards for effective results. 2-Manage and organize delivering the orders on time to the distributer to ensure customer satisfaction. 3-Review and analyze warehouse stock to ensure there is no over stock to maintain company’s goods. 4-Review and analyze warehouse teams productivity through analyzing number of lines achieved, damage percentage …etc. 5-Review and follow up the return orders to identify the reasons and to control it. 6-Review and follow up all products which did not delivered to the customer due to problem in picking to ensure customer satisfaction. 7-Manage and follow up “scanning expire process “to remove all products that are near to be expired to maintain company’s rights. 8-Checking labels and confirming right settlement in same process. 9-Monitoring the team's performance and motivating them to reach targets. 10-Compiling and analyzing sales figures. 11-Manage receiving and delivering expires from customers to platform to ensure maintaining company’s rights. 12-Collecting customer feedback and market research. 13-Keeping up to date with products and competitors. 14-Conduct and follow up stock take process to ensure system balance is equal to physical one. 15-Review and apply all received memos come from ministry of health to ensure saving company’s image. 16-Review and ensure not exceeding the agreed limit to resolve customer’s problems on the CRM system to ensure customer satisfaction. 17-Ensure the availability of all operation tools and equipments to ensure no work interruptions. 18-Follow up with maintenance concerned employees the operation tools and equipments to ensure smooth work operations. 19-Calculate incentives for warehouse team to ensure their satisfaction. 20-Communicate and resolve any escalated problem related to warehouse along with all concerned parties to ensure smooth work operations. 21-Review and analyze frequent reports regarding rounds, transfers, stock modifications, cycle count, headcount, damage…etc to ensure following department KPIs and achieving department objectives. 22-Develop all needed reports to be submitted to the direct manager. People management responsibilities: Performs all management responsibilities to lead and motivate own staff to ensure high morale and attainment of operational objectives by ensuring: -Employees have clear job objectives and challenging targets. -Employees receive appropriate coaching, learning & development. -Appropriate staffing of the department to ensure workload balance and high productivity. -Appropriate compensation and rewards , motivates and recognizes top performance based on actual performance and compliance with the company business conduct standards. -maintains two ways communication.
