Participated in the installation of three thruster systems on the Queen Abu Simbel vessel in collaboration with ZF company.

Mechanical Site Inspection Engineer

• Job Details:Perform inspections and ensure safety procedures are followed. Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance tasks during scheduled stoppages. Prepare and register maintenance plans and work orders on the SAP system.

Mechanical Engineer

• Job Details:Responsible for two lime calcining plants and raw material (iron ore) handling system from Dekheila port to direct reduction plants. Perform regular inspections and schedule planned and preventive maintenance, responding quickly to breakdowns. Check repaired machinery to ensure functionality and use equipment manuals for maintenance. Using Oracle to ensure spare parts and tools are ordered and prepare tender documents for maintenance jobs and vendor evaluations. Prepare the maintenance budget, submit it for approval, and provide technical training for staff.
