Senior Production & Materials Planner (MPS & MRP).Full Time

• Job Details: Planning and implementing the overall supply chain strategy for the organization.  Sales plan coverage based on criteria group and Capacity Requirement Planning.  Using Oracle applications planning module to control all the planning activities for MPS, ERP, DRP etc.  Created plans and communicated deadlines to complete Orders on time.  Create purchase orders according to the production plan, Lead time, MOQ, ABC, Safety stock, and slow mover material action.  Responsible for issuing reports DSB Forecast the weekly, for the factory.  Ensure customer systems are answered in accordance to customer requirements.  Schedule production planning to relation department and monitor performance against plan.  Monitor all MRP activity on daily the work order plan to the section, warehousing, and production.  Execute the export orders and ensure the need by date.  Manage the demand rush orders and change the mix accordingly.  Report activities in terms of department KPI's (DSA, DFP, OOS, LP, DIS).  Data analysis and decision making to support raw material supply and finished goods demand.  Monitor inventory levels on all related production material to protect production, reduce costs.  Plan for the ANCs phase in phase out and obsolete inventory.  Secure the material availability for the new projects on time in the MRP.  Providing analysis of and commentary on business performance including reporting in meeting Daily and weekly.  Issuing reports of Factory Status and critical items daily.  Supporting the CFO in all financial analysis matter including senior management compensation schemes.

Master Production Schedule (MPS & DRP).Full Time

• Job Details: Scheduled production plans according to customer needs and supply availability.  Own DSA KPI and full responsibility about it. And issue report in terms of own area's KPIs (DSA, stock out ...) for Air Condition, Vacuum Cleaner and Extraction Fans.  Maintained optimal inventory levels to meet operational requirements.  Used critical thinking to break down problems, evaluate solutions and make decisions.  Led projects and analyzed data to identify opportunities for improvement.
