• Job Details:• Operating kiln and two Raw Mills. • Responsible for smooth kiln operation. • Responsible of the production quantity & the optimum quality as per the production plan. • Smooth & clear communicating with the shift supervisor in jobs follow up. • Authorize to stop the section during uncontrolled abnormality in consent with shift supervisor. • Authorize to optimize the product quantity. • Responsible for corrective measure & control of pollution control equipment. • Maintain quality parameters as set by department time to time. • Monitor kiln shell temperature to avoid any untoward incident. • Ensure power consumption meets the benchmark set by the company. • Supervise quality work of refractory during shutdown & maintenance. • To generate work order in CCR for any equipment abnormal deviation.
