• Job Details:Developing Budgets, Coaching, Supervision, Staffing, Project Management, Process Improvement, Tracking Budget Expenses, and Performance Management. • Execute multiple large and complex projects in Egypt-Gulf [Universities –Institutes] according to project management methodologies and guidelines. • Managing and leading RFPs, Cost Estimation and SLAs. • Define business opportunities within existing customers. • Assist with advising managers and teams on the best practices of project management disciplines and approaches and act as the first point of contact for any program management queries within organization. • Track and report on project portfolio performance, providing a real-time, comprehensive, and prioritized view of all projects • Develop positive relationships with Project Sponsors [Universities’ Presidents, Academic Doctors, Directors,..] , and teams to enable the PMO to provide support including facilitation, tracking and reporting on projects. • Apply a solution based approach to business problems to determine the root cause and resolution alternatives. • Reporting Projects status on different perspectives (financial, technical, risks ..).
