• Job Details:• Study projects document, design & specification. • Monitor progress of work on site to align the performance of the Mechanical-Plumbing/Electrical works in the building. • Perform tasks within defined schedules and project budgets. • Assign tasks on the foremen to proceed with the daily work. • Prepare daily & weekly progress status report and provide it to the direct manager. • Study new shop drawings and clarify all the spotted issues. • Inspect all finished works from Supervisor and foreman. • Coordinate with all other trades (Arch, firefighting, Air Duct, pluming, other MEP trades). • Follow up the storage of material needed to prepare site requisition for any needed site material. • Manage and direct the mechanical-Plumbing/Electrical installation team for all required contracted works.
