• Job Details: Preparing the estimated and final bids for the project.  Cost estimate for all works of projects.  Quantities surveying and making BOQ for company projects.  Check plans, drawings, and making coordination as required.  Conduct estimated quantity survey to determine the quantity of material that need to be purchased or produced.  Preparing comparisons to sub-contractors and suppliers (technical + finance) and selecting the category that will be provided in the tender.  Prepare the subcontractors and clients invoices based on the progress report sent by the site engineer.  Analyses the prices for all works of the project.  Dealing with subcontractors and arranging their work between sites.  Making detailing drawings for site works as required.  Making As-built drawings as required.  Dealing with consultants and owner engineers for BOQ issues.  Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and support site engineers in any technical issues.
