• Job Details:Quality on Tetra Pak TBA 8 and Compact A3 machines Examine and ensure the integrity of the company’s products in terms of appearance (weight, date, temperature, PH, package design) Ensuring food safety by knowing the control points (CCP) and following them continuously on Tetra Pak machines Inspection and verification of welding quality on Tetra Pak packages through several tests Hygiene control by GHP and GMP instructions. Monitor the cleanliness of parts and heaters of the Tetra Pak machine during the CIP period Monitoring the concentrations of soda and acid during the CIP period of the Tetra Pak machine Swabs are taken from the connectors in the Tetra Pak machine to the laboratory to ensure that they are clean Monitoring product components additions during preparation and calculating the required quantity Develop and train workers in the field of production to change the mindset Follow up the obstacles or problems that have been occurred during the previous shift and ensure the solutionof this problems.
